• responses will only be analysed at an aggregate level
• you can not and will not at any time be identified by your responses
• you may withdraw your responses at any time by contacting indeana via the link in your invitation
• should any personal information be collected (such as contact details for follow up research) indeana will never sell or disclose this information to any 3rd party
• all information is stored in a secure location, and is collected over the internet using the latest secure technology

All participation is completely voluntary. Certain conditions within surveys may not be suitable or acceptable to some respondents. indeana will notify you at the beginning of any survey, along with an option to opt-out of the survey, where:

• large downloads are required for a survey (Please be aware that any costs incurred by you while completing our surveys, such as download or dialup costs, are your sole responsibility.)
• cookies are used in the survey. You retain control as to whether to accept any cookies.
• any Flash multimedia is included in the survey
• the survey is speaking to minors under 14 years of age. For respondents aged 13 or under, parental permission will be gathered first.

All your information will remain strictly confidential and will not affect you in any way. While personal information may be collected on behalf of our clients, data is reported in group format only and no individuals are identified.
